  I've called five times to get Bottini to fix our dangerously positioned propane tank. Four months later, I realized they still have not come to the house to make the fix. These folks are unbelievably arrogant and unresponsive. It seems only John has the power to do anything, and he takes days or weeks to return calls, or leaves me on hold for 10/15/20/30 minutes at a time. I've switched my oil account to Nash, but I still have this darned LP situation to straighten out. Horrible! There is no worse customer service anywhere in this day and age.
